Great high arch and tender heel support, but. . .
"The support these give is great. I have very high arches and a tendency to walk too heavily on my heel. 7sed these for anout a year. These reduce discomfort after a long day on my feet. However, the toe box part is very thick so if you combine a high volume foot in a shoe fitting high volume feet with these, they will feel tight. So, I have Meindl comfort fit shoes with these inserts and my big toe nail gets squashed too much. I have just bought Freet Mudee 2 which are very roomy, but these inserts with even modest walking socks make them too snug. So I think these are perfect if you have shallow feet and dainty big toes. My thick, curly-uppy big toes suffer. What I would LOVE would be these for my high arch as three quarter insoles so my toes had room to move."
